Official Drawing Rules

1. Sponsor

The Be a Champion – Bucs Home Opener Drawing (“Drawing”) is conducted by Easterseals Florida, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, with its principal place of business at:

The Drawing is conducted pursuant to Florida Statute §849.0935 and applicable provisions of Chapter 496, Florida Statutes.

2. Purpose

The Drawing is being conducted to support Easterseals Disability Services and its work creating opportunities for children and adults with disabilities across Florida.

3. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

Two lower-level tickets and one parking pass for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers home game against Cleveland on Sunday, September 20, 2026, at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida.

The approximate face value of the prize is $700.

The tickets and parking pass are season-ticket assets owned by Easterseals Florida, Inc. No contributions received through this Drawing will be used to purchase the prize.

The prize is nontransferable for cash, and no cash alternative will be provided by Easterseals Florida. The winner is responsible for any costs or expenses associated with use of the prize that are not specifically identified above.

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize. Easterseals Florida will issue a Form 1099 if required by applicable law.

In the event the Tampa Bay Buccaneers home game scheduled for September 20, 2026, is canceled, postponed, or rescheduled, Easterseals Florida reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, or to award an alternate prize at its sole discretion. No cash equivalent will be provided.

4. Drawing Period and Entry Limit

Entries will be accepted beginning September 9, 2026 and will close at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, or when the maximum of 200 total entries has been reached, whichever occurs first.

A maximum of five (5) entries per person is permitted, regardless of whether the entries are accompanied by a contribution.

Only 200 total entries will be distributed for the Drawing.

5. Suggested Donation Entry

Participants may choose to support Easterseals Disability Services with a suggested donation of $100 per entry at ChampionForDisabilities.org.

The $100 amount is a suggested donation only and is not required to enter or win.

Participants may request up to five (5) entries per person.

6. How to Enter Without Making a Contribution

No purchase or contribution is necessary.

To enter without making a contribution, visit ChampionForDisabilities.org during the Drawing period and select the “Enter Without a Contribution” option. Complete the complimentary entry form by providing the requested contact information and selecting the number of entries requested, up to the maximum of five (5) entries per person.

A valid complimentary entry will be treated exactly the same as an entry accompanied by a contribution and will have the same chance of being selected.

No preference or advantage will be given to an entrant based upon whether or how much the entrant contributed to Easterseals Florida.

7. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

The Drawing will take place:

The Drawing will take place and the prize will be awarded regardless of the number or amount of contributions received.

8. Winner Notification and Prize Award

The selected winner will be promptly notified using the contact information provided with the entry.

The winner must provide the information reasonably necessary for Easterseals Florida to deliver or electronically transfer the tickets and parking pass.

The selected winner must respond and confirm acceptance of the prize within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. Failure to respond within that period may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

If the selected winner cannot be reached, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, fails to timely accept the prize, or is unable to accept the prize in time for the September 20, 2026 game, Easterseals Florida will select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries so that the prize is awarded.

9. Eligibility

The Drawing is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees and members of the Board of Directors of Easterseals Florida, Inc. who are directly involved in administering or conducting the Drawing, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible to win.

Easterseals Florida reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and may require proof of identity, age, residency, or other information reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility prior to awarding the prize.

Void where prohibited by law.

10. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. No more than 200 total entries will be distributed.

Making a contribution does not increase the odds of winning compared with obtaining the same number of entries without making a contribution.

11. General Conditions

Easterseals Florida reserves the right to reject entries that are incomplete, duplicated beyond the permitted entry limit, fraudulent, or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules, provided that entries will not be rejected or treated differently based upon whether an entrant made a contribution.

The Drawing will not be canceled or conditioned upon receiving a minimum number of entries or a minimum amount of contributions.

All decisions regarding the administration of the Drawing and application of these Official Rules will be made consistently and without discrimination between contributing and non-contributing entrants.

Easterseals Florida reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry and to modify, suspend, or terminate the Drawing in the event of fraud, technical failure, legal requirement, force majeure event, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control that compromises the integrity or proper administration of the Drawing, subject to applicable Florida law.

By entering the Drawing, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Easterseals Florida, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Drawing.

By entering, participants release Easterseals Florida, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Drawing or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

12. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent and agreement for Easterseals Florida, Inc. to use the winner's name, city of residence, photograph, likeness, and statements regarding the Drawing for promotional, fundraising, and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, without additional compensation or further permission.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Drawing will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Drawing, verifying eligibility, contacting the winner, and complying with legal requirements.

Easterseals Florida will not sell entrant information and will not share entrant information with third parties except as necessary to administer the Drawing or as required by law.

14. Governing Law

These Official Rules and the Drawing shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Drawing shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Volusia County, Florida, and entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

15. NFL / Tampa Bay Buccaneers Disclaimer

This Drawing is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the National Football League (NFL), NFL Properties, Raymond James Stadium, or any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, owners, officers, directors, employees, or representatives.
